Families First Health & Support Center, based at the Community Campus.provides a broad range of health and family support services to individuals and families, regardless of ability to pay.



Grant Programs

The Foundation for Seacoast Health is not considering new grant initiatives at this time. Proposals for Foundation for Seacoast Health funding are only considered for currently funded 501 (c) 3 organizations whose main base of operations are located in one of the nine communities within the Foundation's service area (Portsmouth, Newington, New Castle, Greenland, Rye, and North Hampton, NH; and Kittery, Eliot, and York, ME).  

Continuing Operational Grants

For currently funded programs seeking continued operational support, the deadlines for proposal submissions are:

INFANTS, CHLDREN AND ADOLESCENT PROGRAMS March 1st

PROMOTING HEALTH AND PREVENTING DISEASE June 1st

Funding requests should not exceed one-third of the submitting agency's operating budget. To be considered for continuing support, programs must submit updated business plans, be able to demonstrate satisfactory completion of stated annual program goals with measurable outcomes and document progress toward financial sustainability.

All grant recipeints are required to make quarterly written progress reports to the Foundation that include a written narrative of progress toward program goals and an accounting of all grant expenditures to date. Grant payment installments are quarterly upon receipt of the report.
