Healthy Eating, Active Living InitiativesStep It Up Seacoast is taking the lead in the Seacoast on implementing the statewide recommendations made by the Healthy Eating, Active Living (HEAL) group. Committees are being formed to look at how the Seacoast region should implement the HEAL recommendations in six areas: Community and Municipality, Food and Recreation Industries, Schools, Employer/Worksite, Health Care Industry and Individuals and Families. For more information about HEAL and its recommendations in these six areas, visit Lighten Up New Hampshire.
