The Community Campus, an initiative of the Foundation for Seacoast Health, is a center for health-related activities on the Seacoast.

Foundation for Seacoast Health

The Foundation for Seacoast Health is one of the largest private charitable foundations in New Hampshire, created in 1984 with private endowments and the proceeds of the sale of the Portsmouth Hospital franchise to Hospital Corporation of America.  The mission of the Foundation is to invest its resources to improve the health and well being of Seacoast residents.

The Foundation is charged with two primary responsiblities: 1) monitoring Portsmouth Regional Hospital to ensure that seacoast citizens get high quality medical care in a first rate facility at competitive prices and 2) to use the Foundation's resources to fund heath related programs to benefit citizens in the Seacoast communities of Portsmouth, Greenland, Rye, Newington, New Castle, and North Hampton, NH; and Kittery, Eliot, and York, ME.
